Terms of service

Effective Date: 04/10/2025

By purchasing a product or service from ARMNIWORKS, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order or submitting a request.

I. Payment & Refunds

  • All payments are final and must be made upfront before any work begins.

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, custom orders, or design services.

  • If an issue arises that is out of the client’s control, I’m open to exchanges or corrections at no additional cost.

II. Digital Products

  • All templates and digital downloads are for personal use only.

  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing my templates or digital designs is strictly prohibited.

  • Template purchases do not include customization or communication unless otherwise stated.

III. Communication Policy

  • My only method of communication is email. I do not offer phone support or text communication.

  • This boundary is in place to ensure healthy communication and respect for business hours.

  • After purchase (excluding template orders), you will receive an email from me within 24 hours to begin your project.

IV. Project Queue & Timelines

  • Each client is placed in a project queue.

  • Clients who are responsive and prepared with all required assets may be prioritized ahead of others, regardless of purchase date.

  • All orders are considered closed after 30 days of no communication.

V. Web Design Clients

  • Clients must submit their completed questionnaire and all assets within 7 days of onboarding.

  • Delays in submission will push your project back and affect delivery time.

  • If I reach out twice and receive no response for 7 consecutive days, your project will be closed.

    • A $50 reopen fee will apply.

    • All previously paid funds will be forfeited.

VI. Custom Party Favors & Graphic Design

  • All custom party favor designs must be approved by the client before printing.

  • Late approvals may cause delays in production and shipping.

  • Design turnaround time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on complexity.

  • I do not work on weekends, national holidays, or January 14 (my birthday).

VII. Rush Orders

  • Rush orders are accepted based on availability and for an additional fee.

  • Please confirm availability before placing a rush order.

VIII. Revisions & Final Approval

  • Projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise stated).

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Once a design is approved, it is considered final.

IX. Shipping (Custom Products Only)

  • You will receive an estimated shipping timeline after order confirmation.

  • I am not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information.

  • Be sure to order well in advance of your event date.

X. Copyright & Usage

  • You may not claim my work as your own, resell it, or distribute it without written permission.

  • Final designs may be used in my portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
