How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired items, fill in the personalization info, add to cart, and checkout. I also have party packs for more bang for your buck. Click here to get started.

How long does it take to get my items?

My design process can take up to 3-5 business days (not including weekends) and shipping depends on your location. In the past, shipping has taken 2-5 business days.

Can I add my own text, color, or images to a party favor?

Yes. All my party favors are fully customizable. Read their respective descriptions for full details.

What if I don't like my custom order?

Custom orders are not printed until after your approval so no need to worry about surprises. You'll already know what to expect. No refunds are allowed.

I can't figure out how to assemble my items, can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Instructions are provided when your item is shipped. If you have any issues, email me right away for assistance.

How long does shipping take?

I'm based in Chicago, IL. Shipping can take up to 5 business days (Sundays excluded). To ensure quick delivery, please approve your design at your earliest convenience.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

Shipping can range from $9-15. I ship to the United States including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For Chicago residents, I offer local delivery via Uber upon completion of your order or pickup (near west side).

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your AW account.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
