Turnaround time is based on your selected delivery date — you choose it at checkout and I work toward it. Orders that don't require rush production can take 3–5 weeks depending on my current workload and your delivery date. Need it sooner? Rush production (within 2 weeks) is available at checkout for a $25 Priority Production Fee.

If it has been 24 hours after your tracking status was marked 'Delivered,' please reach out to me via email. I will do my best to assist with locating your package. No refunds will be provided.
